Added in a 2023 Christmas update. A stat card lists 6 damage per tick, 5 ticks, and 30 total damage. It thaws anyone in range, friend or enemy, and it can burn flammable stages such as Am-Bush. Smilers can use it during a grab. It was tied to older present unlocks.
