The Roblox listing for this place is titled 🎃Infectious Smile [HALLOWEEN]. The description's update log, dated 24 October 2026 by Roblox's own update stamp on public trackers, is the current patch note:
- Giant transformation and stomp were reworked.
- New maps: Voidtorn Takeover and Pumpkinroom, marked as a boss.
- A Halloween crate and a Spooky Bundle with more than 10 skins.
- Two new emotes.
- Shift Lock can be moved.
- Existing maps were reworked.
- Eight new infection faces on the Robux face pass.
- Separate volume sliders for sound effects and music.
- Bug fixes.
- Build and Survive: a shorter daily block reset, a Rusted Skyscraper structure, and block rebalances.

Pumpkinroom
The boss room is described as opening about once an hour. An invisible wall shuts out late arrivals, so take the descending lift as soon as it appears and step off before it breaks. The Pumpkin Slime comes out of the center. Jump the shockwave rings while other players hit the floor buttons. In the later phase the boss throws pumpkin seeds and floor bombs appear. Stay on the outer rim.
A clear is reported to award two or three skins from a weekly pool of eight. Chat prints what you received. A mountain stabilizer item is described as extending the round and blocking earthquake interruptions during the fight. That item is a shop or round tool, not a code.
Ghost Town skins
Ghost Town's six limited skins are Bat Pumpkincrest, Katana Jack-o-lantern, Branch Pumpkincrest, Spear Pumpkincrest, Chain Jack-o-lantern, and Knife Candy Corn. Wait on the rock platform until the disaster collapses it, pick up the cosmetic, and survive 45 seconds. Spawn is the safer place to wait. Other players cannot take the item out of your hands, and you cannot receive a duplicate. Hold a Katana during the wait if you need the speed. Some older writeups list Ghost Town among removed stages. If the pedestal is not in your server, the Halloween crate and Pumpkinroom are the routes named in the current log.
Faces and audio
Choose Infection Face is 225 Robux, with a 12 Robux single-life rental listed at spawn. The pass started with 26 faces, including Friendly Smile, Award-Winning Smile, Stitchface, and Man Face. The Halloween log adds eight more. The default infection face is still Winning Smile, and a custom face passes to people you infect.
New volume sliders separate music from sound effects. Grab cues and weapon hits live on the effects slider. A background-music field accepts a numeric Roblox audio id. That field is not a reward code.
